We continually seek ways to work more efficiently and effectively in the office and in the field. We’ve developed a project management portal that enables us to track site work performed on a daily basis and to use that data to define target goals for the duration of your task. This portal enables Thorndale to communicate with customers in a more meaningful manner.
We have also enhanced communication between our office and site superintendents. Shared files are created to track work performed in the field that is outside of the project scope—so our office and the field will know at any given point what is needed next.
